These easy Witch Hat Cookies are the perfect no-bake Halloween treat! Made with Oreo cookies, Hershey’s Kisses, melted chocolate and sprinkles. They come together in minutes and make a fun, festive addition to any Halloween party or dessert table.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange your Oreo cookies (the base of the hat) in a single layer. Unwrap all the Hershey's hugs.

In a small bowl, microwave the Ghirardelli chocolate melting wafers according to the package directions and stir until smooth.
10 ounces Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers
You can either dip the tops of the Oreo cookies in the melted chocolate or spoon a small amount of melted chocolate onto the center of the cookie. Then press a Hershey’s Kiss on top to form the witch’s hat shape. Immediately add the sprinkles before the chocolate sets.

Transfer the cookies to a wire rack until the chocolate sets. Then transfer the witch hats to a platter and enjoy!
