Witch Hat Cookies

These easy Witch Hat Cookies are the perfect no-bake Halloween treat! Made with Oreo cookies, Hershey’s Kisses, melted chocolate and sprinkles. They come together in minutes and make a fun, festive addition to any Halloween party or dessert table.

Ingredients
  

  • 60 Oreo Cookies 24.16 ounce party pack
  • 10 ounces Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers
  • 60 Hershey's Hugs 10.6 ounce package
  • Halloween Sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange your Oreo cookies (the base of the hat) in a single layer. Unwrap all the Hershey's hugs.

  • In a small bowl, microwave the Ghirardelli chocolate melting wafers according to the package directions and stir until smooth.
    10 ounces Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers
  • You can either dip the tops of the Oreo cookies in the melted chocolate or spoon a small amount of melted chocolate onto the center of the cookie. Then press a Hershey’s Kiss on top to form the witch’s hat shape. Immediately add the sprinkles before the chocolate sets.

  • Transfer the cookies to a wire rack until the chocolate sets. Then transfer the witch hats to a platter and enjoy!

Notes

Storage and Freezing Tips

Once your cookies are fully set, store them in an airtight container lined with parchment paper or plastic wrap between layers. Keep them at room temperature in a cool place for up to 5 days.
