Golden Graham Bars are a no-bake cereal treat made with gooey marshmallows, melted chocolate, and crunchy Golden Grahams cereal. These easy s’mores-inspired bars come together quickly in one pan and make the perfect sweet snack or party dessert.
Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray, non-stick spray, or grease it with butter. Set aside.
In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add most of the marshmallows (reserving about one cup of marshmallows for later) and stir until almost completely melted.
Mix in the milk chocolate chips and corn syrup, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Add the Golden Grahams cereal to a large bowl, then pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the top. Stir gently until the cereal is evenly coated.
Add the remaining marshmallows to the cereal mixture and fold gently until incorporated.
Press the cereal bar mixture into the prepared pan in an even layer. Let the bars cool at room temperature for about an hour. Cut into squares and enjoy.
