Ingredients
  

  • Avocado oil or olive oil
  • 2 raw egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • A squeeze of organic lemon juice concentrate
  • Optional: a pinch of xanthan gum for extra thickness.

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender or in a large bowl with a hand blender.
  • Store your homemade Caesar dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
