  • In a small bowl or jar, combine the ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and ground allspice. Stir or shake until the spices are thoroughly mixed.
  • Use your homemade apple pie spice right away, or transfer it to an airtight container. Store it in a dark, dry place like your spice cabinet or pantry. It will keep for 10-12 months.
